Has the aesthetical scapegoat leader Obama and his cronies got the conspiracy theory all wrong?

The conspiracy is that he was created as a character - a real person - created and implanted by some of the elite of the West and rich wealthy elite of the Middle East to act as an agent provocateur to cause provocation and as a catalyst for the excuse to create a new order by using gullible armies from the West and East?
