Any trick questions I could ask to test someone for sociopathy?

I've heard of this case, when a murderer was asked in court something among the lines of "So, you've killed two prostitutes. That's minor league compared to Manson or Bundy" and the guy proceeded not only to confess his other crimes, but to boast about them.
