How do we know if Obama didn't have his cronies whip up a forged birth certificate? Why not show pre-election?

Hillary had already dropped behind and wasn't posing a risk to his campaign. Her 'birther' claims were falling upon deaf ears. He pretty much already had the nomination wrapped up.
