Is my boss legally allowed to be racist/discriminatory?

I know he is a racist. I know that he only hires and promotes his cronies who are also bad people. Once he yelled at an employee who had been undocumented and publicly humiliated him in front of everyone and laughed when he was deported. Another time he used company funds to pay for a lawyer because one of his buddies was arrested for drugs. He is also related to the owner and can't be fired. What can i do?
