Is Obama giving a Brazilian Oil company owned by George Soros $2BILLION, another example of CRONY CAPITALISM?

It is the classic double standard of liberals. The wealthy, educated elites play the world stage of business and politics to keep themselves getting richer and hand socialism out to the masses so the peasants will never try to rise above their station. They are hypocrites and thieves.
