Who thinks it would have been a better idea to...?

We should have just offered a $10 billion reward for the capture of OBL and his cronies. You can't tell me that every skilled bounty hunter in the world would not be after that reward. Just think off all the American lives that could have been saved and all the US taxpayer dollars that could have been better spent, or rather not spent.
